Great as a snack
Pan fry lightly, adding cooked potatoes, peas and spinach – try throwing in a few extra herbs or spices like coriander or toasted cumin seeds.
Heat and wrap in a soft, warm naan bread, adding a dollop of fresh natural yoghurt with cucumber and mint.
Perfect added into rice dishes to give a fired up flavour.
